Ilja Leonard Pfeijffer, geboren op 17 januari 1968 in Rijswijk (ZH), is een veelzijdige Nederlandse dichter, classicus en schrijver. Zijn werk omvat een breed scala aan genres, van poëzie tot romans, en wordt gekenmerkt door zijn rijke taalgebruik en diepgaande inzichten. Op 13 mei 2014 won hij de prestigieuze Libris Literatuurprijs voor zijn roman "La Superba", die zich afspeelt in het betoverende Genua.
